The
apartment homes at Providence Park have six-month and one year leases
in order to provide the most flexibility for you the resident and Marsh
Properties. Your leasing agent will be happy to discuss the lease agreement
with you to insure your complete understanding and comfort when you decide
to make your home with us.
Qualifying Guidelines:
• Good Standing Credit History
• Good Standing Rental or Mortgage History
• Good standing criminal history
Waiting List Guidelines:
We are fortunate
to be a very new community with apartment homes approximately 20% larger
than others. We encourage our guests to complete an application and
pay the non-refundable application fee of $100 and go on our waiting
list for the time they need their new apartment home. The waiting
list is first come, first served basis, and we will assign you an
address based on your desired amenites. Within 45 days of your desired
move-in date, we will discuss all our options with you, so that you
can make appropriate housing arrangements.
Pet Guidelines:
We allow up to two pets per apartment home with a total combined weight
not to exceed 60 pounds at full maturity. A current photo of your
pet(s) is required, plus proof of rabies vaccination. There is a
non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet and $450 for two pets.
Certain breeds are not allowed. Please ask for specific criteria.
