Booming with economic and commercial activity, Charlotte has all the advantages of one of the most rapidly growing metropolitan areas in the nation. As you look around, it's easy to see why Charlotte is attracting families and businesses at record levels.

Charlotte neighborhoods, although distinct, have a friendly and livable atmosphere.  It is not surprising that Charlotte was picked as “Most Livable” in September of 2000 by the Partners for Livable Communities. The Partners commended Charlotte on its strong leadership and regional planning. Money magazine’s December 2002 issue rated Charlotte as one of the Top 3 places to live in America based on quality of life factors, housing options and affordability.
